Qualifications

• 8+ years of field service experience in rotating equipment or related industries.
• Proven leadership capability with experience leading field crews or service teams.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of power transmission equipment and rotating machinery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Examine, inspect, troubleshoot, disassemble, reassemble, overhaul, and maintain rotating equipment.
• Lead complex field service assignments and act as senior technical resource on-site.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Field Service Reps.
• Coordinate scheduling, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure safety, quality, and on-time service delivery.
• Review service documentation and drive continuous improvements.
