Matrix, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to lead field operations for pest control services in the New York area. This on-site role requires coordinating technicians, managing client sites, and ensuring quality service.

You will train and mentor staff, oversee route execution, and handle sales, service, and collections within your territory. The position includes shift oversight, reporting, and occasional after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; NY Commercial Pesticide Applicator license required.
• Experience in pest control preferred; clean driving record and valid license.

Responsibilities

• Foster positive relationships with office and field teams.
• Oversee training and development of service technicians in your territory.
• Own sales, service, and collections for your territory.
• Review timecards and route efficiency; minimize downtime and optimize routes.
• Manage client sites, ensure exceptional service delivery, and recruit when needed.
• Perform QC using the 4-step process and maintain relevant logs and reports.
