Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, review, and execute field service operations for one large shop.
• Hire, train, and coach a team of 2–5 direct reports.

• Oversee safety, audits, and inventory management for the facility.
• Provide guidance on workflows and process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
