Mobile Modular Management Corporation is seeking a Field Service Manager in Detroit to lead field teams and collaborate with sales, operations and inventory. You will guide service activities, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive process improvements in field operations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate across schedules, quality, safety and compliance efforts. Profitability and service quality are emphasized daily.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience building and leading teams, empowering others and sharing ownership.
• Direct, truthful individual who keeps confidences and is trusted.
• Excellent written communication and ability to adapt style to audience.
• Drive for results and action oriented; able to handle multiple activities.
• Building/construction experience; quick to learn new skills.
• Valid Driver's License and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks and set objectives, monitor progress and results for the team.
• Track field quality control with monthly reports.
• Maintain positive customer interactions and uphold the company's reputation.
• Document customer feedback from service calls to verify satisfaction.
• Split time between field with sales/techs to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with QA inspectors, PMs and sales for service opportunities.
• Coordinate with Production Scheduler to verify code compliance.
• Maintain vehicle fleet records and manage up to 20 vehicles & trailers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
