Genuine Parts Company is seeking a MI Field Service Manager to plan, manage, review, and execute field service operations for a large-scale sales environment. You will hire, train, and coach a team of 2–5+ employees including Field Service Technicians and Supervisors, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manages and review all operating expenses at assigned facility.
• Manages hiring and firing of all personnel at assigned facility.
• Manages all inventory items assigned to facility.
• Oversees and review all safety and financial audits.
• Mends and updates the daily schedule board for the location.
• Ensures Field Service team adheres to CI procedures and processes.
• Monitors performance metrics and allocates resources for quality service.
• Develops succession plan for the location.
• Provides coaching and feedback to all employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
