Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Manager to lead our customer-facing Service team and oversee hiring, performance, and daily operations. The role emphasizes safety, customer satisfaction, and driving service excellence at client sites.

The position includes managing budgets, payroll, and goals for sales, profit, and inventory, while supporting the team through hands-on guidance and field visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Required: valid driver's license and high school diploma/GED; bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Widely preferred: management experience in service or industrial context.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the customer-facing Service team and oversee hiring and performance management.
• Provide leadership to foster a safe working environment and resolve customer-related issues.
• Train team on effective sales techniques and drive goodwill with customers at sites.
• Achieve sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals, and manage budgets and operational issues.
• Support reports by accompanying service reps or visiting customers to assist in pickups/deliveries.
