Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking a Service Manager to partner with the District Manager and lead a district to meet sales and profitability budgets. You will manage service delivery excellence by working with Service Delivery Specialists, steering workforce management, and addressing operating expenses while promoting SDS development.

You will onboard new SDS, coach technicians, and work with dispatch to optimize schedule adherence and service completion.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with two years of people management experience.
• Equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree (1.5 years experience = 1 year post-secondary education) in lieu of a degree.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily workforce flow, scheduling, vacations, and on-call weekend/evening coverage.
• Coordinate with dispatchers on technician scheduling and service efficiency.
• Onboard new Service Delivery Specialists and implement training plans.
• Coach Technicians to own outcomes and provide necessary tools.
• Review district performance monthly with the District Manager to meet sales and profit targets.
• Collaborate with Parts Department on parts issues, shipping, and delivery.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and proactively manage issues.
