Responsibilities

• Manage daily workforce flow, scheduling, vacation and weekend emergencies.
• Coordinate with dispatchers on technician scheduling and service efficiency.
• Onboard new Service Delivery Specialists and implement training plans.
• Coach technicians to own results and provide necessary tools and resources.
• Review district performance monthly with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with Parts Department on parts issues, shipping, and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and demonstrate value.
