Job summary

Technical Safety Services LLC is seeking Field Service Technicians to travel to client sites, perform testing, certification, calibration, and repair of lab equipment, and engage directly with customers to identify and fulfill their needs.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills, and can manage time effectively while working independently in the field. Training is provided, with opportunities for career progression within field services.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years or 4 years degree preferred.
• Must have strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, certification, calibration, and repair services across client premises or shop facilities.
• Interface directly with clients to understand and execute their needs.
• Maintain and improve client relationships as the primary in-person contact.
• Complete all required documentation and administrative tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
