The role emphasizes recruiting, training, coaching, budgeting, and cross-department collaboration to maximize efficiency and profitability. A proven track record in field service leadership is required, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role in industrial services and/or tank cleaning.
• Demonstrate leadership with ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience recruiting, training, and managing field service crews.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of field service technicians, drivers and cleaning crew members.
• Develop and implements operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Recruit, hire and train field service personnel in accordance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement coaching and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all field operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational performance.
• Manage and monitor operational budgets and expenses to maximize profitability.
