Job summary

StreamTech Industrial in Tulsa, OK is seeking a motivated Supervisor to oversee daily operations of industrial services crews, bridging field staff and management to ensure safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires at least 2½ years in industrial settings, proven team leadership, and the ability to read reports, budgets, and job scopes. You will conduct hazard assessments, lead safety meetings, train and mentor employees, and support staffing and resource planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2½ years in an industrial setting.
• Experience leading a team or supervisory roles (3+ years).
• TWIC card and valid driver's license.
• Ability to read reports, budgets and job scopes.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision over field crews and ensure high performance.
• Conduct job hazard assessments and enforce safety practices.
• Assign personnel and equipment to meet job requirements.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly and report to management.
• Conduct safety meetings and accident investigations.
• Evaluate, train and mentor employees with on-the-job performance feedback.
• Inspect equipment to ensure safety and maintenance standards.
• Monitor productivity and customer satisfaction; assist with manual tasks when needed.
• Support staffing, scheduling and resource planning.
• Fulfilling any additional duties as assigned.
