Job summary

StreamTech Industrial in Texas seeks an experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations of field crews, ensuring safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction on each assignment. This safety‑sensitive role requires strong leadership and hands‑on involvement on job sites.

The ideal candidate has at least 2½ years in an industrial setting and prior supervisory experience. You will mentor staff, plan staffing, and coordinate resources while adhering to company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2½ years in an industrial setting.
• Prior experience leading a team or supervisory role.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to read reports, budgets, and job scopes.
• TWIC card and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision over field crews and maintain high performance.
• Conduct job hazard assessments and enforce safety practices.
• Assign personnel and equipment to meet job needs.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints; communicate with management.
• Lead safety meetings and accident investigations.
• Mentor employees and perform on-the-job evaluations.
• Inspect equipment for safety/maintenance compliance.
• Monitor productivity and customer satisfaction; assist with manual work as needed.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and resource planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
