Job summary

StreamTech is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily operations of industrial services crews, bridging field staff and management to ensure safety, productivity and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2½ years of industry experience and a proven track record in team supervision. This is a safety sensitive role requiring compliance with safety and training programs.

Role involves long shifts, on-site work, and potential travel to other job sites with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2½ years in an industrial setting.
• Prior supervisory experience: at least 3 years.
• TWIC card and valid driver's license required.
• Ability to read reports, budgets, and job scopes.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision over field crews and ensure high performance.
• Conduct job hazard assessments and enforce safety practices.
• Assign personnel and equipment to meet job requirements.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and communicate with management.
• Conduct safety meetings and accident investigations.
• Evaluate, train, and mentor employees including on-the-job performance appraisals.
• Inspect equipment to ensure safety and maintenance standards.
• Monitor productivity and customer satisfaction; assist with manual labor.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and resource planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
