StreamTech Inc. is seeking a Field Service Manager to oversee field operations in the industrial services and tank cleaning sector. You will lead technicians, drivers, and cleaning crews, set operational strategies, and ensure safety compliance.

The role emphasizes recruiting, training, coaching, budgeting, and cross-department collaboration to maximize efficiency and profitability. A proven track record in field service leadership is required, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role in industrial services and/or tank cleaning.
• Demonstrate leadership with ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience recruiting, training, and managing field service crews.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

Are you a talented and dedicated leader with a passion for managing operations in the industrial services and tank cleaning industry?We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Field Service Manager to oversee all aspects of the field operations, from recruiting to managing crews, in our growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of field service technicians, drivers and cleaning crew members
• Develop and implements operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity
• Recruit, hire and train field service personnel in accordance with company standards and industry regulations
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement coaching and development plans
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all field operations
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational performance
• Manage and monitor operational budgets and expenses to maximize profitability.

Qualifications:
