Job summary

Fire Protection Services, LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Field Manager - Service to lead our Service Team and oversee jobs from start to finish. Qualifications

• Experience in the Fire and Life Safety industry is a plus; we will also consider candidates with mechanical or electrical background.
• Management/Leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent communication.
• Ability to guide and develop a Team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage our experienced Service Team.
• Oversee jobs from start to finish, including: soliciting job approvals, ordering parts and maintaining inventory, scheduling jobs, closing out jobs.
• Assist with estimates, billing, and payments.
• Provide phone support.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
