Job summary

Fire Safety and Protection (FSP) in Norcross, GA is seeking a Service Manager who will lead the Service team of qualified field technicians and report to the General Manager. You’ll oversee pricing, scheduling, and engagement monitoring for fire sprinkler, fire alarm, and fire extinguisher services, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

The role requires strong leadership, OSHA compliance awareness, and robust MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and post-secondary education in related field.
• 5+ years in a Supervisory role in fire prevention field.
• Criminal Background Check required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively; work independently with accountability.
• Knowledge of fire safety systems and maintenance in the industry.
• Problem solving and judgment, technical know-how.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Service team of field technicians and report to the General Manager.
• Oversee pricing, scheduling, and monitoring of engagements for service lines.
• Coordinate repairs, retrofits, and small installations with subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and effective communication of service status.
• Review invoices, timesheets, and ensure OSHA safety practices compliance.
