Job summary

Fire Protection Services, LLC is seeking an Experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive new business growth in fire and life safety across Georgia. This role focuses on prospecting, building relationships, and selling solutions that deliver value while managing the full sales cycle from opportunity to onboarding.

You will maintain a qualified pipeline, conduct on-site meetings, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from sale to service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service-based sales environment requiring cold calling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage time, territory, and priorities effectively.
• Comfort initiating conversations and navigating objections.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
• Fire and life safety experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
• Meet activity expectations through cold calling, site visits, networking, and in-person meetings.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Identify creative and strategic ways to open doors and generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct customer meetings to assess needs and present FPS fire and life safety solutions.
• Develop and manage a qualified sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and follow-up records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
• Support pricing and proposal development in alignment with company guidelines.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to advance opportunities and close business.
