Job summary

Fire Protection Services, LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Field Manager - Service to lead our Service Team and oversee jobs from start to finish. The role involves soliciting approvals, ordering parts, scheduling, and closing out projects, while assisting with estimates and billing and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings leadership experience and strong problem-solving skills, with knowledge of fire and life safety or related mechanical/electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Fire and Life Safety industry is a plus; we will also consider candidates with mechanical or electrical background.
• Management/Leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent communication.
• Ability to guide and develop a Team.

What you will do

• Lead and manage our experienced Service Team
• Oversee jobs from start to finish, including:
  • Soliciting job approvals from customers
  • Ordering parts and maintaining inventory
  • Scheduling jobs
  • Closing out jobs
• Assist with estimates, billing, and payments
• Set the standard for others to follow and lead by example
• Provide phone support
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Other tasks as required

What you will need

• Experience in the Fire and Life Safety industry is a plus. We will also consider candidates who have experience with with mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, automotive, plumbing) or electrical systems (e.g., wiring, panels, circuits, phases).
• Management/Leadership experience is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, both independently and in a team setting.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional internal and external customer service.
  • Competencywith online reporting tools for documentation.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to guide and develop a Team.
