Job summary

Graybar is seeking an Off-Site Service Representative to support customers as a key liaison. The role includes active selling, ordering, and inventory tasks at Graybar branches and on-site client locations across the nation.

Exact hours vary with deployments, including 40–70 hour weeks when on client sites; travel is required. Per diem and mileage are provided; OSHA safety rules and PPE are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience; 4+ years preferred.
• Counter sales and customer service experience required.
• Ability to perform physical duties and operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sell company goods and services and fulfill customer merchandise requirements.
• Handle order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, and order maintenance.
• Perform shipping, receiving and inventory maintenance duties.
• Possibly perform Delivery Driver duties when needed.
