Job summary

Synergy Staffing seeks a Field Service Manager to oversee daily operations of a field service team in the Columbus area. You will manage technicians and installers, coordinate quotes and installation schedules, and work with customers and vendors to ensure timely, high‑quality service.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of leadership in wireless environments, strong RF knowledge, and experience managing complex projects with P&L awareness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in technical management in wireless or similar industries.
• Experience developing, qualifying, and directing new business opportunities via customer interface.

Responsibilities

• Lead field service team and oversee daily operations.
• Coordinate quotes, bids, and installation schedules with customers.
• Provide field technical support and troubleshoot wireless equipment.
• Install, test, and commission wireless systems and related hardware.
• Oversee site surveys, FATP, and customer requirements execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
