Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience including supervisory roles.
• Experience with computer systems / IP network installations.
• Desirable: field network or telephony deployment experience.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Based in/around Columbus, OH area; willing to travel within Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor installation and maintenance technicians at PSAPs and data centers.
• Review deliverables, schedules and mitigate issues affecting teams or clients.
• Serve as on-site lead for milestones including installation, testing, or quality checks.
• Coordinate with the PM and act as primary contact for installation and maintenance.
• Maintain client communications and document action items and meetings.
• Collaborate with internal and partner teams to plan scope, resources, budget, timing.
• Travel within Ohio as required.
