Job summary

InfraServices is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day field operations supporting wireless telecommunications projects. You will drive productivity, safety, and quality while ensuring alignment with project requirements, safety standards, and company objectives.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in wireless telecom construction with leadership experience, a Bachelor’s degree, OSHA-30 and strong skills in project coordination, safety, and asset management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent mix of education and industry experience.
• 7+ years in wireless telecommunications construction with leadership exposure.
• OSHA 30 construction training and safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations to ensure safe, on-schedule project work.
• Coordinate assignments, schedules, and resources to meet priorities.
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and costs; drive improvements.
• Engage with Project Managers, customers, and subcontractors for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, scope, and safety requirements.
• Recruit, train, and develop field staff; deliver technical training as needed.
• Review equipment readiness and maintenance; manage field assets.
• Support workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
