Job summary

Day Wireless Systems is seeking an experienced leader to manage the day-to-day technical and operational performance of the division in Oregon. You will directly supervise technicians, field service managers and staff supporting LMR, DAS and ERCES solutions, while driving revenue through contract growth.

Responsibilities include leading large quotes from a service perspective, ensuring SOW alignment, and coordinating with customers and contractors.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in electronics and wireless systems repair.
• FCC Commercial License (GROL) required or preferred.
• Travel may be required outside the United States.
• Experience with contractor and sales collaboration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage technicians, field service managers and others.
• Grow service contract revenue and manage renewals.
• Lead project management for large or critical projects.
• Prepare quotes and ensure SOW alignment.
• Coordinate with customers, Motorola and subcontractors.
