Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Field Services Manager to lead fulfillment teams, oversee installations, service and maintenance, and drive operational excellence across multiple departments. You will guide staff development, ensure network integrity and customer satisfaction while managing budgets and capital projects.

Ideal candidates have extensive leadership experience in telecom, a bachelor’s degree in electronics or related field, and relevant certifications (NCTI/SCTE/BCT/E).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, related field or equivalent.
• Industry and vendor-specific certifications and training such as NCTI, SCTE, BCT/E.
• 5+ years of technical supervisory experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Guide fulfillment teams and oversee installations, service and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance on network technologies and staff development.
• Oversee purchasing, budgeting and deployment of new products and capital projects.
• Deliver quality assurance and ensure FCC compliance; resolve escalated issues.
• Maintain records and report activity/results to field operations management.
