Job summary

Ohio Transmission Corporation is seeking a Site Manager – IFM to lead on-site field service activities, including IFM, cleaning, repair, and preventive maintenance at customer locations. This role acts as a technical expert and team leader, supporting technicians, customers, and sales teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

You will coordinate scheduling, logistics, and training while developing quotes and service reports, and building strong vendor relationships for ongoing service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; emphasis on office, technical, or shop skills preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and support a technical team.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnight travel when required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in skilled trades or equivalent applicable experience.
• Demonstrated experience using hand and power tools (wrenches, drivers, power tools).
• Ability to read, understand, and apply manuals, safety rules, and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the industry expert in a focused application or product line.
• Multi-task while handling scheduling, logistics, organization, and communication.
• Provide technician training as part of preventive maintenance programs.
• Deliver advanced technical training to other technicians.
• Provide hands-on field service support, including IFM, maintenance, and repair.
• Lead system IFM, setup, and commissioning activities.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and technical questions.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to work performed, including computer system entries.
• Develop quotes, scopes of work, and final service reports.
• Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships for service and repair activities.
• Identify, plan, and assist with special projects and service jobs.
• Participate in ongoing product training and support product demonstrations with sales teams.
