Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of field technicians.
• Drive performance metrics including revenue, efficiency, and conversion.
• Hold the team accountable to standards, systems, and expectations.
• Run daily/weekly performance check-ins and team meetings.
• Improve the overall customer experience from first contact to job completion.
• Partner with dispatch, customer service, and operations for alignment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and growth.
