Job summary

R.S. Hughes Co, Inc. is seeking a SupplySight Field Service Representative to join our field operations in Sunnyvale, CA.

You will spend at least 80% of your time onsite at customer facilities, ensuring optimal inventory and delivering measurable KPI results with a focus on service quality and safety. You will report to Sales Management and collaborate with SupplySight Operations to stock, resupply, and manage equipment, while building strong customer relationships and adhering to company

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, merchandising or related degree highly preferred.
• Valid state issued driver license (Required).
• 1-year B2B Sales and/or Merchandising / Operations experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site SupplySight program support at the customer's facility.
• Maintain organized inventory with proper labeling, storage, and handling per policy.
• Resupply onsite inventory using company vehicles to maintain stock levels.
• Assist with preparing orders prior to delivering them to customer facilities.
• Develop relationships with customer personnel to improve the program.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
