Job summary

R.S. Hughes Co., Inc is seeking a SupplySight Field Service Representative to maximize customer experience by ensuring optimal inventory at client facilities and meeting KPI targets through operational excellence.

The role involves 80% field activity, adheres to safety protocols, and collaborates with Sales Management and the SupplySight Operations team to support customers across facilities in North America.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, merchandising or related degree highly preferred.
• Valid state issued driver license (Required).
• 1-year B2B Sales and/or Merchandising / Operations experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SupplySight program support at the customer's facility and serve as first line of contact.
• Develop relationships with key customer personnel and participate in program improvements.
• Understand major product groupings to service, stock, and present product solutions at the customer site.
• Maintain organized inventory per policies, including labeling, storage, handling, and temperature-sensitive materials.
• Collaborate with inside operations and the outside sales rep to ensure top customer support.
• Resupply onsite inventory management programs using company vehicles and ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare orders prior to delivering them to customer facilities and support other job duties as assigned.
