Job summary

R.S. Hughes Company, Inc. is seeking a SupplySight Field Service Representative to maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring optimal inventory at customer facilities and meeting KPIs through operational excellence.

The role involves 80% fieldwork, coordinating with Sales and SupplySight Operations, and adhering to safety policies. Strong communication, problem solving, and organization are essential as you stock, service, and resupply inventory at client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, merchandising or related degree highly preferred.
• Valid state issued driver license (Required).
• 1-year B2B Sales and/or Merchandising / Operations experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service by directly delivering SupplySight program support at the customer's facility.
• Develops strong relationships with key customer personnel and participates in negotiations to improve the program.
• Acts as first line contact to answer questions for customers, supporting product additions, updates, or changes.
• Develops an understanding of major product groupings to service, stock, and present product solutions at the customer facility.
• Maintain organized inventory per company policy with proper labeling, storage, handling, and packaging.
• Collaborates with inside operations and outside sales to ensure top customer support.
• Use company vehicles to resupply on-site inventory programs and maintain precise inventory levels.
• Service and maintain equipment at customer sites and assist with order preparation for delivery.
