R.S. Hughes Co., Inc. is seeking a SupplySight Field Service Representative in Vista, CA.

This full-time, hybrid role supports the SupplySight program by maximizing inventory readiness at customer sites and delivering excellent service. A majority of time is spent on-site with customers, ensuring accuracy in stocking and order fulfillment, while collaborating with Sales Management and Operations. The position requires a high school diploma (Bachelor’s in logistics preferred) and a valid driver

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, merchandising or related degree highly preferred.
• Valid state issued driver license (Required).

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer experience by ensuring optimal inventory at customer facilities.
• Spend at least 80% of time in the field with customers.
• Maintain organized inventory with proper labeling, storage, and handling.
• Operate company vehicles to resupply on-site Inventory Management programs.
• Prepare orders for delivery and assist with order accuracy.
