Job summary

R.S. Hughes Company, Inc. is seeking a SupplySight Field Service Representative to maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring optimal inventory at facilities and meeting KPI targets.

The role is field-based, with 80% of time at customer sites, reporting to Sales Management and collaborating with SupplySight Operations to uphold safety and company policies. Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and at least 1 year in B2B sales or operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, merchandising or related degree highly preferred.
• Valid state issued driver license (Required).
• 1-year B2B Sales and/or Merchandising / Operations experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SupplySight program support directly at the customer's facility.
• Develop relationships with customer personnel and participate in program improvement discussions.
• Answer questions for customers and support product additions/updates/changes.
• Understand major product groupings to service, stock, and present solutions at the customer site.
• Maintain organized inventory per policy, including labeling, storage, and handling of materials.
• Collaborate with inside operations and the outside sales rep to ensure top customer support.
• Use company vehicles to resupply on-site inventory programs and maintain precise inventory levels.
• Service and maintain equipment at customer sites and assist with order preparation for delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
