Job summary

R.S. Hughes Co., Inc. is seeking a SupplySight Field Service Representative based in Sunnyvale, CA.

The role focuses on maximizing customer experience by ensuring optimal inventory at customer facilities, with most time spent in the field providing hands-on support and service. The position requires a high school diploma (BA/BS preferred) and at least 1 year of B2B sales/merchandising/operations experience, plus a valid driver license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year B2B sales and/or merchandising or operations experience.
• Valid state issued driver license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, merchandising or related field highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SupplySight program support at the customer’s facility as the first line of contact.
• Develop relationships with customer personnel and support program improvements.
• Assist with product additions, updates, or changes at the customer site.
• Maintain organized inventory per policy, including labeling, storage, and handling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer support.
• Resupply onsite Inventory Management programs using company vehicles.
• Service and maintain equipment at customer sites.
• Prepare orders for delivery to customer facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
