Job summary

R.S. Hughes Company, Inc. seeks a SupplySight Field Service Representative. The role is field-based, with at least 80% of time spent at customer facilities, ensuring optimal inventory and service levels.

You will support the SupplySight program, build strong customer relationships, and coordinate with Sales and Operations to meet KPIs. Minimum high school diploma; a Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field is preferred. Valid driver license required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, merchandising or related degree highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; customer-focused service approach.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods during physical inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SupplySight program support at customer facilities.
• Develop relationships with customer personnel and participate in negotiations to improve the program.
• Act as first line of contact to answer questions and support product additions/updates/changes.
• Understand major product groupings to service and present product solutions at customer sites.
• Maintain organized inventory following company policies, including labeling, storage, and handling.
• Collaborate with inside operations and outside sales to ensure top customer support.
• Resupply onsite inventory management programs using company vehicles with precise inventory levels.
• Service and maintain equipment at customer sites and assist with preparing orders for delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
