Job summary

R.S. Hughes Company, Inc. is seeking a SupplySight Field Service Representative to maximize customer experience by ensuring optimal inventory is available at customer facilities and by meeting KPI targets through operational excellence.

This field-based role requires up to 80% time in the field, adherence to safety policies, and collaboration with Sales Management and the SupplySight Operations team to service facilities effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, merchandising or related degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize our customers’ experience by ensuring optimal inventory is present and ready for use within facilities.
• Spend 80% of time in the field at customers' facilities.
• Maintain organized inventory following company policies for labeling, storage, handling and packaging.
• Collaborate with inside operations and outside sales to deliver high level of customer support.
• Prepare orders prior to delivery and support in resupply at customer sites.
