Motorola Solutions is seeking a skilled Field Service professional to install and support video applications at client sites, including integration with Azure, Linux, or Windows environments. You will also install in-car video and body-worn camera hardware, and train users on end-to-end system usage.

Travel up to 75% is required; candidates must have a high school diploma or higher and 3+ years in related fields.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field service experience in video or IT environments.
• Proficiency with networking concepts and IT systems.
• Clearance eligibility for government customers.

Responsabilités

• Perform major and minor installations of Motorola Video applications at client sites (Azure, Linux, Windows).
• Install and support in-car video and body-worn camera hardware.
• Train end users on end-to-end video system usage and functions.
• Provide expert consultation to partners or customers on hardware deployments.
• Coordinate with IT resources to resolve network, port, and server issues.
