Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Prescott, AZ, to perform on-site repair, maintenance, and startup services for Lam’s semiconductor equipment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electronics/Engineering or equivalent; 2+ years experience, or advanced degree without experience.
• Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics, operation manuals.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; ability to work in cleanroom PPE.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site repair, maintenance, and installation/relocation startup services at customer sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot to isolate issues and minimize downtime.
• Maintain records and reports coordinating activities between Lam and customers.
• Serve as a Lam spokesperson delivering high customer satisfaction.
