Hamilton Company is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support, repair, and maintain robotic instrumentation. The role covers field work around Boston, MA, with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Hamilton equipment.

The ideal candidate will have field service experience, ability to train non-technical personnel, and a strong safety mindset. A bachelor’s degree and valid driver license are required; travel is involved.

Qualifications

• Field service experience in life sciences, clinical, or pharma preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot electronics, electrical, mechanical and computer systems.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites within the region.

Responsibilities

• Install new equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance on Hamilton equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation.
• Report issues and conduct root cause analysis on failures.
• Route to customer sites and arrive on time per schedule.
