Job summary

Hamilton Company is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support, repair, and maintain robotic instrumentation in Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas. You will install new equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot in the field, providing high-quality customer service.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, strong electronics/automation troubleshooting skills, and proven field service experience with the ability to train non-technical personnel while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Troubleshoot electronics, electrical, mechanical and computer systems.
• Automation or similar field experience required and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install new equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair Hamilton equipment.
• Report problems and perform root cause analysis on instrument failures.
• Regular commute to and from customer sites within the region, ensuring on-time arrival.
