The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of field service experience in biotech or pharma environments, with specific expertise in Hamilton systems. Travel of up to 75% is required as part of this dynamic position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field service experience in biotech, pharma, or clinical diagnostics.
• Proven, hands-on experience servicing Hamilton Robotics systems (STAR, NIMBUS, or VANTAGE).
• Strong electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and PC troubleshooting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair Hamilton liquid handling hardware.
• Perform routine PMs and system validation according to compliance standards.
• Provide on-site technical training and high-quality service to lab personnel.
