We are seeking a Field Service Engineer (FSE) to install, maintain, and repair complex automated liquid handling systems. This role focuses primarily on providing expert technical support for Hamilton Robotics platforms at customer laboratories.
Service & Repair: Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair Hamilton liquid handling hardware and fluidics components.
Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine PMs and system validation according to compliance standards.
Software Support: Navigate and configure Hamilton software (e.g., VENUS) to resolve hardware communication and execution errors.
Customer Support: Provide on-site technical training and high-quality service to lab personnel.
Experience: 2+ years of field service experience in biotech, pharma, or clinical diagnostics.
Hamilton Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience servicing Hamilton Robotics systems (STAR, NIMBUS, or VANTAGE).
Technical Skills: Strong electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and PC troubleshooting capabilities.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory. Must have a valid driver’s license.
