Job summary

IWK Packaging, an ATS Automation company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, commission and service packaging equipment at customer sites. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs and optimizations while maintaining thorough service reports and strong customer relations.

Based in Parsippany, NJ, you will travel up to 80% including international assignments. Strong English communication, PLC/HMI knowledge, and Schneider Electric experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical environments.
Experience with automated or packaging equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

Install, startup, maintain, and repair equipment on-site with documentation.
Diagnose mechanical/electrical/control issues and provide corrective actions.
Optimize performance through tuning and process adjustments.
Collaborate with engineering teams to share field data for product improvements.
Serve as primary technical representative and maintain customer relationships.
Travel up to 80% and plan daily work schedules.
