Job summary

ESPO Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician for the Flexible Packaging division. This remote role (EST/CST time zones) involves up to 60% travel, supporting packaging equipment at customer sites and collaborating with the Commercial and Account Development teams to drive opportunities.

The position requires 5+ years of experience in packaging equipment service and strong mechanical aptitude. Responsibilities include supporting trials, translating requirements into specifications, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Flexible Packaging equipment service or technical support.
• Solid mechanical, hands-on abilities and understanding of equipment components.
• Knowledge of materials used in flexible packaging products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Commercial and Account Development teams to identify opportunites at target accounts.
• Support customer trials to qualify new packaging structures and improve performance.
• Translate customer requirements to technical personnel to develop specifications and manufacturing instructions.
• Define project success criteria, draw conclusions from data, and manage high-visibility projects.
