Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services and Systems team is hiring an Early Career Field Service Engineer in Warrendale, PA. You’ll gain hands-on experience across diverse customer environments while tackling power distribution challenges.

You will participate in a structured development program with mentors, instructor-led and online training, and on‑the‑job learning to prepare you for technical and leadership roles. Expect regional travel and relocation within the United States.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering with graduation date before August 2027.
Minimum GPA 2.8.
At least one internship/co-op or equivalent 3 months’ technician experience.
Eaton does not sponsor immigration for this role; relocation within the U.S. is required.
Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Work on projects for electrical power distribution equipment.
Deliver technical solutions to customers.
Perform complex engineering tasks including testing, research, or design.
Demonstrate proficiency in test equipment, protection design and power quality measures.
Prepare timely service reports on work, product performance and warranties.
