Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Field Service Engineer within its Electrical Engineering Services and Systems team in the United States. Youll build a strong technical foundation while solving power distribution challenges for diverse customers.

The program offers structured training, mentorship, and opportunities across 32 service branches, with a base salary around six figures and a $6,000 signing bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution with graduation date before August 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA 2.8.
• Internship/co‑op experience or 3 months of technician/maintenance work with machines or equipment.
• Must be geographically flexible to relocate within the United States and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Work on assigned projects for electrical power distribution equipment.
• Deliver technical solutions to customers.
• Perform complex engineering tasks including design, testing, or studies.
• Produce timely service reports on work, performance, and warranties.
