Qualifications

• 4+ years of field-based commissioning and testing of electrical power distribution systems.
• Experience with protection and control relays (SEL, GE Multilin, Siemens SIPROTEC) and related software.
• Proficient with relay testing equipment such as Omicron and Doble test sets.
• Experience with low- and medium-voltage switchgear and breakers.
• Ability to interpret test data and produce clear technical documentation.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% domestically and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, commission, and start up low- and medium-voltage equipment (approximately 480V–38kV).
• Commission, test, and troubleshoot protection and control relays (e.g., SEL, GE Multilin, Siemens SIPROTEC).
• Use industry-standard test equipment and software (Omicron, Doble, relay software) to validate performance.
• Support greenfield and brownfield projects through commissioning, maintenance, emergency response, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze test results, assess equipment condition, and document findings in field reports.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to provide technical support, training, and consulting.
