Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of field-based commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical power distribution systems.
• Experience with protection and control relays (SEL, GE Multilin, Siemens SIPROTEC) and related configuration software.
• Experience with relay testing equipment such as Omicron and Doble test sets.
• Experience with low- and medium-voltage switchgear, breakers, and electrical control circuits.
• Willingness to travel up to ~80% domestically.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Installing, testing, commissioning, and starting up low‑ and medium‑voltage power distribution equipment (approx. 480V–38kV).
• Performing hands‑on commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of protection and control relays.
• Using test equipment and software to validate system performance.
• Supporting greenfield and brownfield projects through commissioning, maintenance, and emergency response.
• Analyzing test results and documenting findings in field reports.
• Collaborating with customers and internal teams to provide technical support and training.
