Zusammenfassung

Randstad USA is seeking a field service engineer to install, commission, and diagnose advanced packaging equipment at client sites. You will lead on-site activities across Food & Beverage facilities, performing electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and delivering actionable service reports.

The role requires an automation background, 3+ years in field service, and strong RSLogix 5000 skills. Extensive NA travel with standard 8am–5pm hours and competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on field service experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Rockwell Automation software (RSLogix 5000).
• Strong background in machine automation, mechanical systems, and industrial electronics.
• Hands-on, solution-driven problem-solving with high self-accountability.

Aufgaben

• Lead on-site installation, commissioning, startup, and testing for packaging equipment at client facilities.
• Perform hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on-site and remotely to resolve performance issues.
• Educate customer personnel on machine operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Prepare detailed technical service reports outlining completed work, findings, and recommendations.
