Job summary

Edwards is seeking an Onsite Service Engineer to deliver expert repair services for our vacuum and abatement technologies on customer sites in the Phoenix area. You will report to the Site Manager and conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair systems, diagnosing issues to prevent downtime.

The role requires a High School Diploma (AS degree preferred) and 1–3 years in relevant technical fields.

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Able to use computer software to record data and write reports.
• Can understand and interpret technical documentation relevant to work e.g., technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Report into the Site Manager.
• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems and diagnose issues to prevent downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
