Qualifications

• 3–5 years of field service experience with microscopy or analytical instruments.
• Physically capable of working in tight spaces and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and passport, willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission advanced microscopy platforms.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on-site or remotely.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide training.
• Calibrate components and implement performance enhancements.
