Qualifications

• 3–5 years of field service experience in microscopy or analytical instrumentation.
• Proficient with diagnostic instruments and hardware troubleshooting.

• Ability to travel frequently across North/South America.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and commissioning of microscopy systems per factory specs.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance with diagnostics.
• Provide on-site and remote customer training and support.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues and calibrate systems.
• Coordinate upgrades to maintain system performance and uptime.
